Hi, I'm Shannon Russell. I'm a Navy veteran's wife, a mom, and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certified real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Base Camp.

I know firsthand how stressful relocating can be — and how exciting it is to find the right home. After moving with the military multiple times, I settled in the New Kent County area and fell in love with everything about it: the wineries, the rivers, the community, and the pace of life.

I created this site because I wanted to share what I've learned about living here. New Kent County is a special place, and whether you're thinking about moving or just getting to know the area, I want this to be your go-to resource.
